Adhesive-Lined Medium-Wall 3:1 Heat Shrink Tubing (Dual-Wall Polyolefin)

ElecDirect’s medium-wall adhesive-lined heat shrink tubing combines durable insulation, environmental sealing, and mechanical protection in one dual-wall polyolefin solution. With a crosslinked outer jacket and an inner hot-melt adhesive liner, this tubing provides a tight, moisture-resistant bond around wires, splices, cable jackets, and connectors.

Featuring a 3:1 shrink ratio, the tubing shrinks to approximately one-third of its supplied inner diameter when heated (≈ 120 °C or more), ensuring a snug fit over splices, joints, and irregular shapes for reliable sealing and insulation.

The medium-wall design strikes a balance between flexibility and strength — offering increased protection from abrasion, impact, and environmental exposure, while remaining easier to install than heavy-wall tubing.
