1. What is your minimum order amount?

ElecDirect has a $25 minimum order amount with free shipping on orders over $100

3. Where are you located?

 

Our head office is in Sanborn, New York near Niagara Falls with stock of over 13,000 Power, Control, and Wire Management Products. 

Canadian orders ship from our warehouse in Mississauga, Ontario.



4. How quickly is my order processed?   

 

ElecDirect takes pride in a quick order turnaround shipping 90% of orders the same day it's received.



5. What are shipping costs for my order?

Shipping is FREE for all orders over $100.00 within mainland USA & Canada.

For orders under $100.00, a $9.75 shipping charge for FedEx/UPS Ground service applies to all orders shipping to mainland USA or Canada. 

We now also offer USPS Priority Mail Service as an additional charge of $11.75.  This option is often preferred by customers on the west coast for faster delivery times (normally 2 business days).  
USPS Priority Mail service is the default for orders shipping to Hawaii and Puerto Rico.

Extra charges will apply for international shipments or shipments outside mainland USA or Canada.

You may also provide any courier of your choice along with a valid account number to forgo the shipping charges during the final page of the Checkout process.



6. What method of payment do you accept?

 

Credit Card Account-  elecDirect accepts Visa, MasterCard and American Express. There is No Minimum Annual Sales Requirement to place an order with elecDirect

Open Account- ElecDirect terms are net 30 days.  If you have an acceptable Equifax  or Dun and Bradstreet rating your account can be set up instantly.  Annual Sales of $5000 is required to be have a credit account with elecDirect.



7. Why do I need to enable Javascript and Cookies?

 

ElecDirect.com requires that your internet browser has javascript and cookies enabled to function properly. Javascript is required mainly for navigation functionality. 8. What if there are Back Orders on my Order?

 

You will be notified of Back Orders and expected delivery dates within 24 hours of placing an order.  All Back Orders are shipped prepaid if the original order value was over $100
