We reserve the right to limit quantities available for sale or sold, and the right at any time to reject, correct, cancel or terminate any order for any reason whatsoever. If the price of any product you order was incorrectly displayed on our Web Site, we will provide you with an opportunity to place an order at the correct price. Advertisements on our Web Site are invitations to you to make offers to purchase products and services on the Web Site and are not offers to sell. Your properly completed and delivered order form constitutes your offer to purchase the products or services referenced in your order. Your order will be deemed to be accepted only if and when we send a shipping notice email to your email address. That shipping notice email constitutes our acceptance of your order and forms a legally binding contract with elecDirect.com, LLC or elecDirect.ca Inc.
FREIGHT
All merchandise is shipped freight prepaid for orders over $100.00 in value (excluding any applicable sales tax) shipping to mainland United States. (Additional Charges may apply for shipments to Alaska, Hawaii & Puerto Rico)
Orders under $100.00 in value will be charge a flat rate of $9.00 for UPS ground service to anywhere in mainland United States.
- The only exception to this is wiring duct and din rail. These items are 6’6” long, are considered oversize, and have extra freight costs. Oversized packages and special orders may cost additional.
Orders for in-stock items will typically ship the same day or the next business day via UPS ground. Priority shipments of in-stock items must be received by 4:00 PM EST to guarantee same-day shipping.
If another type of carrier is desired, please indicate the company and your account number that we can bill for this service at the final checkout page when placing your order. Please note that UPS does not deliver to PO boxes.
It is policy at ElecDirect.com to ship all backorders UPS ground pre-paid.
CANADA – The freight policy is the same as above with the following exceptions:

MINIMUM ORDER
ElecDirect.com requires a minimum order value of $25 (US dollars) excluding any freight charges or applicable sales tax. Orders of $25.00 to $99.99 value will be assessed a flat $9.00 freight charge to anywhere in the mainland USA.

ORDERING
Order online or call toll-free 1-800-701-0975 where our Customer Service Department is available Monday thru Friday, 8 to 5PM EST. All orders received by elecDirect.com will be confirmed upon request by phone or email. The pricing online applies to all internet or phone orders. If you are placing an order online it will be processed as soon as it is received into the elecDirect.com business system (assuming there are no credit or shipping issues).
Orders submitted overnight, on weekends, national and company holidays will be entered into the elecDirect.com system the next business day.
Promotions that require using a Coupon/Promotional Code including (but not limited to) the "Direct Deal" of the month are only valid for online orders purchased through ElecDirect.com's shopping cart. Coupon code promotion may not be used on account orders with credit terms or in conjunction with any other discounts or quoted pricing.
BACKORDERS
Backorders: you will be notified of back orders and expected delivery dates within 24 hours of placing an order. All backorders will be shipped prepaid if the order value is over $100.
METHOD OF PAYMENT
elecDirect.com accepts payment by Visa, MasterCard and American Express credit cards. No charges will be made to your credit card until product has been shipped. elecDirect.com also accepts PayPal and open accounts. Customers may apply for an open credit account if they have already made three previous credit card purchases and if annual sales are expected to exceed $5000. Payment terms will be Net 30 Days. elecDirect.com will invoice on the day of shipment and any account over 30 days past due is subject to interest charges of 1½% per month on the unpaid balance. All overdue accounts are automatically put on hold until paid in full. In the event a check is returned to us by our bank, a $25 fee will be added to your account. Credit accounts may be suspended at any time.

SALES TAX
elecDirect.com, LLC is located in the state of New York and is obligated to charge sales tax for delivery within New York. Sales tax rates vary by county and New York tax-exempt customers must submit their tax exemption certificate to avoid tax. We do not add or collect sales tax for other states. It is the customer’s responsibility to pay appropriate sales tax to your state where necessary.
elecDirect.ca Inc. is located in Mississauga Ontario and is obligated to charge, GST or HST and Ontario Provincial Sales Tax.

RETURNS
elecDirect.com offers return of goods in exchange for an order of equal value. elecDirect.com may impose a restocking charge up to 20% for any such returned goods. Customers desiring to return products must do so within 30 days. A Return Authorization Number is required – please call 1-800-701-0975 to speak with a Customer Service Representative. Please have your invoice number available when calling. You may also fill in the appropriate info on our website.
Product returned from any source will not be accepted unless elecDirect.com has provided a Return Authorization Number in advance. All returns MUST be freight prepaid by the customer. Products deemed 'made-to-order' items by elecDirect.com may not be returnable.
elecDirect.com is liable only for the cost of defective product. Carriers are responsible for goods lost or damaged in transit. Any claims for shortages should be made with elecDirect within 48 hours after receipt of your shipment.
WARRANTY
All elecDirect.com products carry a minimum 1 year warranty from date of purchase against defects in materials and workmanship (assuming normal and proper usage). If a product proves defective in materials and workmanship within one year from the date of purchase elecDirect.com will repair or replace it.
elecDirect’s sole liability and the Buyers sole remedy is limited to either: (1) repair or replacement of the defective parts or goods; or (2) if after a reasonable number of attempts elecDirect.com is unable to provide you with a product that meets the above warranty we will refund the purchase price for that product.
For those products sold by elecDirect.com but manufactured by a third party, we make no express warranties whatsoever and all such products are sold AS IS, WHERE IS. However elecDirect.com will try to pass along the benefit of any warranties provided by the third-party manufacturer. The terms of these warranties are usually included in the materials accompanying the product.
elecDirect.com warranties do not apply to products that have been subject to abnormal use or conditions, unauthorized modifications, unauthorized repair, misuse, neglect, accident, alteration, improper installation or other acts which are not our fault including damage caused in shipping. The elecDirect.com warranty also does not apply to any product that has been damaged by external causes such as fire, flood, sand, dirt, lightning, exposure to weather, acts of God, theft, improper use of any electrical source or connection to a product not recommended in writing for interconnection by us. elecDirect.com does not assume any responsibility for your product design, installation or operation.
